-Cinnamon Twig with Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction- is a formula recorded in the -Essentials of the Golden Cabinet,- a Chinese medical text considered a classic of Kampo medicine.It is used for individuals who are nervous types with persistently clammy palms, experiencing fatigue and heaviness in the limbs, hot flashes, insomnia accompanied by palpable palpitations in the chest or abdomen, a depressed mood, forgetfulness, and irritability over minor matters. It is effective for those with moderate to low stamina who tire easily and are excitable, suffering from nervousness, insomnia, night crying in children, enuresis, and eye strain.Health Advice
Aim for relaxation. Overthinking that you -must sleep- can actually make it harder to fall asleep. Try reading a book or listening to music, and wait for sleepiness to come naturally.

Children aged 5 to under 7 years old: 2 tablets per dose, 3 times daily.
Each daily adult dose of 3 packets (1 packet = 1.0g) contains the following ingredients: Cinnamon Twig with Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction Extract Powder M...1600mg [Cinnamon Twig, Peony Root, and Coptis Rhizome each 2.0g, Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell each 1.5g, Licorice Root 1.0g,extracted from 0.5g of Ginger]. Contains the following additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol. Since this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
Precautions: Do not administer to infants under 3 months of age.
