Banxia Houpo Tang is a formula recorded in the Women's Miscellaneous Diseases section of the Shanghan Lun and Jin Gui Yao Lue, classical Chinese medical texts considered foundational to Kampo medicine. It is effective for anxiety neurosis, nervous gastritis, morning sickness, cough, and hoarseness in individuals with weak digestion, a depressed mood, a sensation of something stuck in the throat or esophagus, and occasional palpitations, dizziness, or nausea.Health Advice
Aim for relaxation. If you obsess over needing to sleep, it often makes it harder to fall asleep. Try reading a book or listening to music, and wait for sleepiness to come naturally.

Take the following dosage 3 times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water.- Adults (15 years and older)---1 packet per dose, 3 times daily- Children 7 to under 15 years old---2/3 packet per dose, 3 times daily- Children 4 to under 7 years old---1/2 packet per dose, 3 times daily- Children 2 to under 4 years old---1/3 packet per dose, 3 times daily - Under 2 years old: 1/4 packet per dose, 3 times daily (1) When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (2) For infants under 1 year old, prioritize obtaining a physician's diagnosis and administer only when absolutely necessary.
Adult daily dosage: 3 packets (1 packet = 1.0g) contains the following ingredients: Ban-Gyo-Ho-Po-To Extract (1/2 dose)---750mg [Hange 3.0g, Bukuryo 2.5g, Koboku 1.5g, Soyo 1.0g,Extracted from 0.65g of Ginger root.]. Contains additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Lactose. As this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
Precautions: Do not administer to infants under 3 months of age.
