- -Kaimi-Kibito- is a modified formula derived from the prescription -Kibito- found in the classical Chinese medical text -Jiseih-,- known as a cornerstone of Kampo medicine. It incorporates the herbal ingredients Saiko and Sanshishi.- It is effective for individuals with moderate to low physical strength and poor complexion who experience irritability, restlessness, lethargy, and reduced talkativeness due to anemia or physical/mental exhaustion, leading to mental anxiety, neurosis, or insomnia. Health Advice: Aim for Relaxation If you obsess over needing to sleep, it often makes it harder to fall asleep. Try reading a book or listening to music, and wait for sleepiness to come naturally.Get moving. Overworking yourself can lead to irritability and insomnia. The key to relieving mental fatigue is moderate physical activity. Do light exercises during work breaks.

Children 7 years and older but under 15 years---3 tablets per dose
Each daily adult dose of 3 packets (1.5g per packet) contains the following ingredients: Kamikihito Extract Powder...2800mg [Extracted from 1.5g each of Ginseng, Poria, Atractylodes, Bupleurum, Scutellaria, and Lycium; 1.0g each of Astragalus, Angelica, and Cnidium; 0.75g each of Atractylodes and Poria;Glycyrrhiza and Magnolia each 0.5g, Zingiber each 0.25g. Contains additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Lactose. As this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
