Health Advice
Pay attention to ventilation. Polluted air can trigger coughing. Even when using heating, open windows periodically to exchange stale air for fresh air.Also be mindful of low humidity. Gargle and wash hands after going out. Places with large crowds have more cold viruses and increase infection risk. Make gargling and handwashing a habit when you return home. Prevent rooms from drying out. Dry rooms are hard on the throat. Use a humidifier to maintain appropriate humidity. Even hanging a damp towel can help humidify the air.

Take the following dosage 3 times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water.- Adults (15 years and older) ... 1 packet per dose, 3 times daily - Children 7 to under 15 years ... 2/3 packet per dose, 3 times daily - Children 4 to under 7 years ... 1/2 packet per dose, 3 times daily - Children 2 to under 4 years ...1/3 packet per dose, 3 times daily - Under 2 years old: 1/4 packet per dose, 3 times daily (1) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (2) For infants under 1 year old, prioritize seeking medical attention from a doctor and administer only when absolutely necessary.
Adult daily dosage: 3 packets (1 packet = 1.95g) contains the following ingredients: Bamboo Shoots and Warm Gallbladder Decoction Extract Powder...4950mg [Hange 3.75g, Saiko, Chikujo, Bukuryo, Bakumondo each 2.25g, Chinpi, Kijitsu, Kobushi, Kikyo each 1.5g,extracted from Coptis, Glycyrrhiza, Zingiber, and Panax ginseng, each 0.75g. Contains additives: CMC-Ca, silicon dioxide, cellulose, sucralose, acesulfame K, magnesium stearate. As this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
Precautions: Do not administer to infants under 3 months of age.
