- -Kaimi-Kibito- is a modified formula derived from the prescription -Kibito- recorded in the classical Chinese medical text -Jiseih-,- to which the herbal medicines Saiko and Sanshishi have been added.- It is effective for individuals with moderate to low physical strength and poor complexion who experience mental anxiety, neurosis, or insomnia due to anemia or physical/mental exhaustion, manifesting as irritability, restlessness, lethargy, or reduced talkativeness. Health Advice: Aim for Relaxation If you obsess over needing to sleep, it often makes it harder to fall asleep. Try reading a book or listening to music, and wait for sleepiness to come naturally.Get moving. Overworking yourself can lead to irritability and insomnia. Adults (15 years and older)---4 tablets per dose
Each daily adult dose of 3 packets (1 packet = 1.5g) contains the following ingredients: Kamikibito Extract Powder...2800mg [Extracted from: Ginseng, Poria, Atractylodes, Bupleurum, Scutellaria, and Cnidium each 1.5g; Astragalus, Angelica, and Schisandra each 1.0g; Cnidium and Coptis each 0.75g;Licorice, Magnolia bark each 0.5g, Ginger 0.25g]. Contains additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Lactose. Since this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
