Health Advice
Pay attention to ventilation. Polluted air can also trigger coughing.Don't keep windows closed just because it's cold in winter; open them occasionally to let in fresh air. Gargle and wash hands after going out. Places with large crowds have more cold viruses and increase infection risk. Make gargling and handwashing a habit when you return home. Take the following dosage three times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water. - Adults (15 years and older) ... 1 packet per dose, 3 times daily -Children aged 7 to under 15 years: 1/2 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children aged 5 to under 7 years: 1/4 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children under 5 years: Do not administer. The daily adult dose of 3 packets (2.3g per packet) contains the following ingredients: Yinqiao Powder Extract Powder...5900mg [Goldenseal and Forsythia each 4.26g,Mentha haplocalyx, Platycodon grandiflorus, Glycyrrhiza uralensis each 2.556g, Cinnamomum cassia, Zingiber officinale each 1.704g, Artemisia annua, Arctium lappa each 2.136g, Cinnamomum cassia 0.132g. Contains hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose, and aluminum silicate as additives. Since this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the granules may vary slightly. Furthermore, as this product uses extracts containing essential oil components (odorous components) from herbal medicines, it has the characteristic odor of Kampo medicine.
