This is the economical large-capacity type of the Kampo therapy -Mashin-gan-. -Mashin-gan- improves constipation caused by dry, hard stools that do not pass easily by softening and lubricating the stool. It regulates colon movement to promote natural, gentle bowel movements.

Take three times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water.-Adults (15 years and older)---4 tablets per dose-Do not administer to those under 15 years of age
Adult daily dose: 12 tablets (0.303g per tablet) Contains: Flaxseed Extract Powder...0.18g, extracted from 2.2g of Flaxseed, 1.1g each of Peony Root, Cinnamon Bark, and Magnolia Bark, 1.925g of Rhubarb, and 1.375g of Licorice Root.[Additives] Contains Blue No. 2, magnesium stearate, aluminum silicate, CMC-Ca, cellulose, hypromellose, hypromellose phthalate, macrogol, triacetin, ferric oxide, yellow ferric oxide.
