Take the following dosage three times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water. Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets per dose. Children 5 years and older but under 15 years: 2 tablets per dose. Do not administer to children under 5 years of age. When administering to children, ensure they take it under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
The daily adult dosage of 12 tablets (351mg per tablet) contains the following ingredients.Bofei-Ogi-To Extract Powder...3200mg (extracted from 5.0g each of Bofei and Ogi, 3.0g each of Byakujutsu and Taiso, 1.5g of Kanzo, and 1.0g of Shokyo). Contains the following additives: talc, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, CMC-Ca, cross-linked CMC-Na,Aluminum/Magnesium Hydroxide, Polyoxyethylene Polyoxypropylene Glycol, and Hypromellose. Since this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the tablets may vary slightly.
