Kamish-y-san is a formula recorded in the Chinese medical text -Wajiky-h-,- considered a classic of Kampo medicine. It is effective for cold sensitivity and fatigue in those prone to tiredness, as well as irregular menstruation.

Take the following dosage 3 times daily before meals or between meals with water or lukewarm water. Adults (15 years and older)... Single dose: 1 packet, 3 times daily. Under 15 years old... Do not administer.
Each daily adult dose of 3 packets (1 packet = 1.2g) contains the following ingredients: Kamish-y-san Extract (1/2 dose)---2050mg (from 1.5g each of Angelica root, Peony root, Poria, Atractylodes, and Bupleurum root; 1.0g each of Magnolia bark and Cnidium fruit; 0.75g of Licorice root;Mentha arvensis 0.5g, Zingiber officinale 0.25g). Contains additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Lactose. This product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), so the color of the granules may vary slightly. Furthermore, this product uses extracts containing essential oil components (odorous components) from herbal medicines, so it has the characteristic odor of Kampo medicine.
