Take the following amount with water or warm water. Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, 1-2 times per day. Children under 15 years old: Do not administer. - Can be taken anytime, morning, noon, or night, before or after meals. (If taking twice daily, it is recommended to allow at least 6 hours between the first and second doses.)
