-Saliva-type antigen test kit. (The only in vitro diagnostic medical device enabling saliva collection via the Lollipop method)
-Avoids mucosal damage in the nasal cavity, making it suitable for children and the elderly.
-Results are available within 15 minutes after adding the saliva sample to the test cassette.

Instructions for Use--Preparation Before Sample Collection--Refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, brushing teeth, or rinsing your mouth for 30 minutes prior to sample collection. Failure to collect saliva properly may result in inaccurate results.-Prepare a clock or timer.-Conduct the test at a temperature of 15-30-C (59-86-F) and humidity below 70%.(1) Cut along the dotted line in the lower right corner of the kit box front and stand the tube upright. (2) Twist off the cap of the antigen extraction solution container and carefully pour the entire contents into the upright tube inside the kit box, taking care not to spill any solution. -Test Procedure-Sample Collection (Self-Saliva Collection)--When removing the swab from the pouch, avoid touching the cotton tip.-Remove the swab from the pouch.-Press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth and gather saliva in your lower jaw.-Immerse the swab in the saliva gathered in your lower jaw for at least 40 seconds, then rotate it at least 5 times to collect the saliva. (1) Take the tube in your hand and place the saliva-collected swab into the tube.(2) Completely immerse the tip of the swab in the extraction solution. Rotate the swab at least 10 times against the inside wall of the tube. Pinch the swab from the outside of the tube with your fingers and squeeze it 5 times to remove as much liquid as possible, leaving most of it in the tube. Caution: Do not put the swab back into your mouth once it has been placed in the tube. Caution: Avoid creating bubbles in the extraction solution.
