This is a Kampo formulation called Seishin Renshiin, composed of nine types of crude drugs. It improves bladder function, enhances urine storage capacity, and alleviates symptoms such as frequent urination. It is effective when taken twice daily.

Take the following amount before meals or between meals with water or hot water: Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet per dose, twice daily Under 15 years: Do not administer (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. (2) As it readily absorbs moisture, take the entire dose at once.-Between meals means -the time between meals,- approximately 2-3 hours after eating.
Daily dose (2 packets: 3200mg) contains:--2238mg-Equivalent raw herb amount--Lonicera japonica---3.5g Poria cocos---2.8g Schisandra chinensis---2.1g Astragalus membranaceus---2.8g Glycyrrhiza uralensis---0.7g Bupleurum chinense---2.1g Panax ginseng---3.5g Scutellaria baicalensis---2.1g Ziziphus jujuba-2.1g] Contains the following additives: Aluminum silicate, Macrogol, Lactose, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Talc, Anhydrous silica, Propylene glycol, Vanillin, Ethyl vanillin, Flavorings. - Since this product uses natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
