Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the capsule, as shown in the right illustration. Break the aluminum foil backing, remove the capsule, and take it.(Swallowing the capsule whole may cause unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa).
