Take the following amount before meals or between meals with water or hot water (Age...Single Dose/Frequency) Adults (15 years and older)...1 packet/twice daily Children under 15 years...Do not administer. -Important Notes on Dosage and Administration- Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. -Between meals- means the period between meals, approximately 2-3 hours after eating.
