This medicine relieves painful leg cramps (muscle spasms) and charley horses. The Kampo formula -Shakuyaku-kanzo-to- effectively soothes muscle pain and stiffness. It contains the maximum amount of Shakuyaku-kanzo-to within the approved standard.-Recommended for leg cramps during exercise, sleep, or other times. This grapefruit-flavored jelly can be taken immediately without water. The jelly's color and taste come from natural ingredients (herbal medicines).

Take the following amount before meals or between meals by dissolving the jelly in your mouth (Age...Single Dose/Daily Doses) Adults (15 years and older)...1 packet/3 times daily Under 15 years...Do not administer [Important Notes Regarding Dosage and Administration] - Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. -Each packet is for a single dose only; do not divide the dose. -Between meals- means the time between meals, approximately 2-3 hours after eating. As this is a jelly formulation, liquid may leak out. Be careful when opening and taking the medication to prevent contents from spilling out. Be careful not to cut your lips on the tear-off edge. How to take: (1) Stand the packet upright and tear along the perforated line at the opening. (2) Place the tear-off edge in your mouth and squeeze out the contents with your fingers.

Do not do the following (failure to comply may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects): 1. Do not take if you have been diagnosed with: Heart disease 2. Take only when symptoms are present; do not take continuously.
