Take the following dosage before meals or between meals with water or hot water: Age / Single Dose / Frequency of Administration Adults (15 years and older) / 4 tablets / Twice daily Under 15 years old / Do not administer Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. - -Between meals- means the period between meals, approximately 2-3 hours after eating. -As this product uses natural ingredients (herbal medicines), tablet colors may vary slightly.
