Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is one of the physiologically essential vitamins. It is abundant in fresh vegetables, fruits, green tea, and other foods. Since the human body cannot produce it, it must be obtained from pharmaceuticals or these foods. Vitamin C Tablets 2000 -Kunikichi- is a product containing Vitamin B2 and provides 2000mg of Vitamin C in 12 tablets.About Vitamin C Vitamin C supplementation is necessary during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, periods of reduced physical strength during or after illness, and in old age. Vitamin C also helps suppress the production of melanin pigment, which causes dark spots and freckles, thereby alleviating skin pigmentation. Take the following single dose with water or hot water. However, if taking twice daily, take in the morning and evening; if taking three times daily, take in the morning, afternoon, and evening.- Adults (15 years and older)---4 tablets per dose, 2 to 3 times daily- Children 7 to under 15 years old---2 tablets per dose, 2 to 3 times daily- Children 5 to under 7 years old---1 tablet per dose, 2 to 3 times daily- Infants under 5 years old---Do not administer (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.(2) When administering to children, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
