Aloe is a plant of the lily family native to the African continent and Madagascar. In Europe and the Middle East, it appears that the juice extracted from its leaves was boiled down and used medicinally since before the Common Era. In Japan, it is also known by the name -no need for a doctor- and has been highly cherished since ancient times. Known active ingredients include barbaloin, an anthranoid glycoside, and aloinoside A and B.

Take the following single dose before meals with water or warm water without chewing. However, since the degree and condition of constipation vary among individuals, start with the minimum dose initially and gradually increase or decrease the dose while observing bowel movement frequency and condition.- Adults (15 years and older) ... 1 to 3 tablets per dose, up to 3 times daily. - Children under 15 years old ... Do not administer. (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
Daily dose (9 tablets): Japanese Pharmacopoeia Aloe powder... 585mg Contains the following additives: potato starch, cellulose, anhydrous silica, calcium carboxymethylcellulose, talc, magnesium stearate.
1. Do not take the following medications while taking this product: Other laxatives. 2. Do not take large amounts.
