Ingredients-Grains (polished rice, brown rice, black rice, glutinous rice), mixed grains (adzuki beans, sorghum, oats, Job's tears, wheat sorghum, barley, sesame seeds, glutinous millet, black pepper, wheat), legumes (black soybeans, peanuts, yellow beans), vegetables (kale, young barley leaves,pumpkin, spinach, carrot, mugwort, cabbage, corn, sweet potato, shiitake mushroom, potato, pine needle), fruit (chestnut, apple), other (psyllium, collagen, vitamin C)
How to Drink- 1. Place one packet of Bizen Shoku into a cup. 2. Add milk, soy milk, water, or lukewarm water to the cup. (200mL or more is recommended) 3. Stir well until the powder dissolves completely.- As this is a food product, there are no specific timing restrictions for consumption. Aim for one packet per day, replacing one meal (either breakfast, lunch, or dinner) with Bizen Shoku. Replacing the evening meal is most effective.
