This cream is gentle on delicate skin, such as children's, and feels comfortable to use. (It contains no cooling agents or steroids.) It spreads easily and can be gently applied over large affected areas. The antiseptic keeps skin clean. [How to Open the Tube] Peel off the seal before use. Care Tips For itching or insect bites: Do not scratch. Apply an appropriate amount. The sooner you apply it, the more effective it is.For Diaper Rash or Heat Rash: Gently wipe with water or lukewarm water to cleanse the area before applying. Bathe frequently and change undergarments often. Avoid rubbing the affected area during bathing.
