Usage Instructions--At night, apply a few drops of Simple One to the lens and gently rub it clean. Leave it soaked in Simple One until the next day's wear (for at least 4 hours), either as is or after rinsing with tap water.- In the morning, place the lens in its holder and rinse thoroughly under running water (taking care not to let it wash away) before wearing. Avoid rubbing with your fingertips during rinsing, as this reduces the lens's moisture-retaining effect. - If you temporarily remove the lens, rub it gently with Simple One, rinse thoroughly under running water, and then reinsert it.
