-Coleston- is a pharmaceutical product that improves high serum cholesterol and alleviates peripheral circulatory disorders (coldness and numbness in the hands and feet) associated with high serum cholesterol. The soybean-derived ingredient -soybean oil unsaponifiable- inhibits the absorption of excess cholesterol from the intestines and promotes its excretion. Pantethine improves cholesterol metabolism in the liver.It promotes the breakdown of LDL (bad) cholesterol and increases HDL (good) cholesterol, removing excess cholesterol from the blood and suppressing its deposition on blood vessel walls. Natural-type vitamin E (d---tocopheryl acetate) suppresses the formation of lipid peroxides, improves blood flow, and alleviates peripheral circulatory disorders (coldness and numbness in the hands and feet).'Coleston' delivers its effects through the power of these three active ingredients. Take the following dosage after meals with water or lukewarm water. Adults (15 years and older): 2 capsules per dose, 3 times daily. Under 15 years: Do not administer. (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. (2) Dietary therapy is essential for improving serum hypercholesterolemia; therefore, continue dietary therapy even while taking this medication.
