This product effectively relieves nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing caused by seasonal allergies such as hay fever. With just two applications per day (morning and evening), it provides sufficient relief, eliminating the need for repeated use-even for those who previously avoided nasal sprays due to concerns about others noticing.This product contains no drowsiness-inducing ingredients, so there are no restrictions on use for those operating vehicles or machinery. The gentle micro-mist lingers on the nasal mucosa without causing discomfort.

Normally, spray the following amount into each nostril. Adults (15 years and older): One spray into each nostril: Twice daily (morning and evening) Under 15 years old: Do not use. -You may use up to 4 times per day (8 sprays), but allow at least 3 hours between uses.-Reduce the number of uses once symptoms improve. If symptoms worsen again, it is acceptable to increase the number of uses. -Do not use for more than 3 months in any one year. (1) This product contains fluticasone propionate (a steroid). Using too much or using it incorrectly may increase the risk of side effects. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.(2) Use only as a nasal spray. (3) If you taste the medication during use, rinse your mouth. -How to Use- - Only when starting a new sprayer: Before first use, shake well, then press firmly 7 times to ensure the liquid becomes a complete mist. This step is not needed for subsequent uses. (1) Before using the medication, blow your nose to clear it as much as possible.(2) Remove the green cap and shake the container well in the direction of the arrow. (3) Tilt your head back slightly. Hold the container upright, insert the tip into one nostril, and push it firmly up until it stops. Spray once. Repeat for the other nostril.(4) After spraying the medication into your nose, tilt your head back for a few seconds and breathe slowly through your nose to allow the medication to reach the back of your nasal passages. Do not blow your nose at this time. (5) After use, wipe the tip of the container clean, replace the green cap securely, and store the container upright at room temperature.- Before use, remove the green cap and shake the container well. - Insert the nozzle (the tip of the container) straight into the nasal cavity and spray, ensuring it does not point toward the nasal septum*. *Nasal septum: The partition wall inside the nose that separates the left and right nasal cavities. This precaution helps prevent the medication from coming into contact with the nasal septum.- Do not spray with the container upside down or sideways. - Pressing lightly may cause dripping. - Be careful not to let the tip of the container touch nasal discharge, as this may contaminate the medication. - Do not pierce the tip of the nozzle with a needle or similar object, as this can prevent proper dispensing of the medication or, if broken, is extremely dangerous.
