It delivers targeted relief for fever you want to suppress, sore throat, and runny nose you want to stop.Ibuprofen provides excellent relief for fever, headache, sore throat, and joint pain. It combines isopropylamid iodide and d-chlorpheniramine maleate to alleviate runny nose and nasal congestion.Featuring TTP (Tiny Time Pill) Technology combining fast-acting granules for -early relief- and sustained-release granules for -long-lasting relief,- the stable effects of ibuprofen last with just two doses a day, morning and evening.

Take the following single dose with water or hot water within 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner. Adults (15 years and older): 2 capsules per dose, twice daily (morning and evening) Children under 15 years: Do not administer [Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration] (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) How to remove the capsule: Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the capsule to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take the capsule. (Swallowing the capsule whole by mistake may cause it to pierce the esophageal mucosa or lead to other unexpected accidents.)
Each capsule (daily dose) contains the following ingredients:Ibuprofen (antipyretic analgesic) ... 400 mg (Reduces fever and relieves sore throat, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.) Caffeine anhydrous (caffeine agent) ... 75 mg (Relieves fatigue and lethargy caused by colds.) Iodinated isopropylamide (antisecretory agent) ... 5 mg(Reduces excessive nasal secretions.) d-Chlorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine) ... 3.5 mg (Relieves runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing.) Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate (cough suppressant) ... 48 mg (Acts directly on the cough center to suppress coughing.)dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride (bronchodilator) ... 60 mg (Suppresses cough and eases breathing.) Additives: D-mannitol, cellulose, carmellose calcium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, Yellow No. 5, ethyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate copolymer, talc, hypromellose,silicon dioxide, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, corn starch
Precautions: (Failure to follow these precautions may worsen your current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents) 1. Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories: (1) You have ever experienced allergic symptoms caused by this medicine or any of its ingredients. (2) You have ever experienced asthma after taking this medicine or other cold medicines, fever reducers, or pain relievers. (3) You are a child under 15 years of age. (4) You are pregnant within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.2. While taking this medicine, do not use any of the following medicines: Other cold medicines, fever reducers/pain relievers, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as nasal medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines), or gastrointestinal pain relievers/antispasmodics.Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur). 4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication. 5. Do not take this medication for more than 5 days.
