Take the following single dose with water or hot water within 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner. Adults (15 years and older): 2 capsules per dose, twice daily (morning and evening). Children under 15 years: Do not administer. (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) How to remove the capsule: As shown in the right diagram, firmly press the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the capsule with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take the capsule. (Swallowing it whole by mistake may lead to unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
