This product is a single-dose sleep aid. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride suppresses histamine activity to induce drowsiness and alleviate temporary insomnia symptoms (difficulty falling asleep, shallow sleep).

Take the following single dose once daily before bedtime when having difficulty falling asleep or experiencing light sleep. (Age: Single Dose)
Per tablet: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride...50mg [Additives] Lactose, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, talc, titanium dioxide
Precautions: 1. Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories: (1) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant (2) Children under 15 years of age (3) Individuals who experience insomnia on a regular basis (4) Individuals diagnosed with insomnia 2. While taking this medicine, do not use any of the following medicines:Other hypnotic sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, cough suppressants/expectorants, oral medications containing antihistamines (including nasal medications, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.). 3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.(Drowsiness may cause accidents. If drowsiness persists into the next day or you feel lethargic after taking this medication, do not operate vehicles or machinery until these symptoms subside.) 4. Breastfeeding individuals should not take this medication, or if taking it, should avoid breastfeeding.5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication. 6. Use only when having difficulty falling asleep or experiencing light sleep; do not use continuously. [Other Precautions] Drowsiness or fatigue may persist until the next day.
