Constipation is caused by insufficient water in the intestines. When constipated, stool becomes hard and difficult to pass due to lack of moisture. Providing sufficient hydration softens stool, allowing natural bowel movements without stimulating the intestines.3A Magnesia is a nutrient-based constipation remedy that utilizes magnesium's ability to draw more water into the intestines than dietary fiber, thereby softening stool. Take the following dosage once daily before bedtime (or on an empty stomach) with water or lukewarm water.However, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement frequency and condition. Daily dosage: 15 years and older: 3 to 6 tablets; 11 to 14 years: 2 to 4 tablets; 7 to 10 years: 2 to 3 tablets; 5 to 6 years: 1 to 2 tablets; Do not administer to children under 5 years of age.
