For individuals aged 12 years and older, administer one unit (40g) rectally. If no effect is observed, administer an additional unit of the same dosage. (When using a second unit, waiting one hour is recommended for optimal effectiveness.)
One unit (40g) contains: Chugoku-Nippon Bureau Glycerin: 20.00g Additives: Contains benzalkonium chloride. Solvent: Purified water used.
Do not use continuously. (Regular use may reduce effectiveness (causing tolerance) and lead to dependence on the medication.)
