Take the following dosage after meals with water or hot water. Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children (7 years and older, under 15 years): 1/2 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children under 7 years: Do not administer. When administering to children (7 years and older, under 15 years), do so under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Adult daily dose: 3 packets (3.6g) contains the following ingredients. Tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E) ... 300mg (Improves peripheral blood circulation to deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body, alleviating shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness and coldness in hands and feet, and chilblains.Prevents the increase in lipid peroxides that cause pigmentation.)
