Travelmin R is an effective motion sickness medication for preventing and alleviating symptoms of motion sickness. Travelmin R contains ingredients that cause relatively little drowsiness and remain effective even after symptoms have started. You can enjoy your trip even while traveling by bus, train, or other means. Travelmin R can be taken by children aged 11 years and older and adults.[How to Remove Tablets] As shown in the right illustration, firmly press the raised part of the tablet blister pack with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil backing. Remove the tablet and take it. (Swallowing the tablet still in the blister pack can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.) Quick Tips: To avoid motion sickness, also note the following: 1) Get sufficient sleep the night before traveling.2) On the day of travel, eat a moderate meal to avoid overeating or becoming too hungry. 3) On board, sit in a front seat with less motion or a window seat with good ventilation. 4) Chat with others or enjoy the scenery to relax and shift your focus.
