1) Get plenty of sleep the night before traveling.
2) On the day of travel, eat a moderate meal to avoid overeating or feeling hungry.
3) On the vehicle, sit in a front seat with less swaying or a window seat with good ventilation.
4) Chat with others or look at the scenery to relax and shift your focus.

To prevent motion sickness, chew or dissolve the following single dose in your mouth 30 minutes before boarding a vehicle or vessel.Adults (15 years and older)---2 tablets per dose, up to twice daily with at least a 4-hour interval between doses. Children 11 years and older but under 15 years---2 tablets per dose, up to twice daily with at least a 4-hour interval between doses. Children 5 years and older but under 11 years---1 tablet per dose, up to twice daily with at least a 4-hour interval between doses. Children under 5 years---Do not administer. If additional doses are needed, wait at least 4 hours between doses. Do not exceed two doses per day.Do not administer. If additional doses are needed, administer each dose at least 4 hours apart. Do not exceed 2 doses per day. When administering to children (5 to under 15 years old), ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. If giving to a child for school trips, etc., provide thorough instruction beforehand on the dosage and administration method.
Each dose (for ages 11 and over) contains the following ingredients in 2 tablets: Meclizine hydrochloride...25mg (Suppresses abnormal excitation of the autonomic nervous system and vomiting center) Scopolamine hydrobromide hydrate...0.16mg (Reduces sensory confusion caused by motion) [Additives] Corn starch, D-mannitol, l-menthol,Flavoring, Iron(III) oxide, Dimethicone, Stevia extract, Cellulose, Povidone, Anhydrous silica
1) Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this medicine.Other motion sickness medications, cold medications, fever reducers/pain relievers, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, gastrointestinal pain relievers/antispasmodics, oral medications containing antihistamines (such as oral medications for rhinitis, allergy medications, etc.) 2) Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication. (Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur.)
