Contains Vitamin B1 for muscle fatigue relief, Vitamin E to improve poor circulation, and active Vitamin B12 (Mecobalamin) to repair peripheral nerve damage. Also formulated with folic acid to enhance Mecobalamin's effectiveness, providing relief for stubborn stiffness in the shoulders and lower back that massage alone cannot reach.

Adults (15 years and older): Take one tablet three times daily after meals with water or warm water. - Children (under 15 years): Do not administer.
