Methylcobalamin-Based Formulation
Stiff shoulders and lower back pain occur when excessive strain is placed on the shoulders or lower back. Dosage and Administration-Take the following dosage after meals with water or hot water. Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, 3 times daily. Children (under 15 years): Do not administer.
