In addition to Vitamin B2, which aids fat metabolism and converts it into energy, this product effectively combines ingredients that support energy production, such as royal jelly and taurine. We recommend taking it when you feel tired from morning onward due to busy household chores or work, or when you want to revitalize a fatigued body.

Take the following dosage with water or hot water.
Each adult daily dose of 4 tablets contains the following ingredients: Riboflavin phosphate sodium (Vitamin B2 phosphate ester)---15mg (Assists in fat metabolism and conversion to energy.) Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)---15mg (Assists in protein metabolism and conversion to energy.) Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1 nitrate)-...10mg (Assists in carbohydrate metabolism to produce energy.) Royal jelly tincture (equivalent to 100mg raw royal jelly)...100mg (Contains a balanced blend of the three major nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats), along with various vitamins and minerals.) Taurine...1000mg(Involved in producing energy needed when tired.) Nicotinamide...20mg (A coenzyme that works when creating energy from nutrients.) Anhydrous caffeine...50mg (Demonstrates a stimulating effect on organs within the body, making it less likely to leave fatigue behind.) This is due to the absorption of Vitamin B2 contained in this product, with some being excreted in the urine. This is not a cause for concern.
