Each adult daily dose of 2 tablets contains the following ingredients: Riboflavin phosphate sodium (Vitamin B2 phosphate ester) ... 38mg(Supports healthy skin and mucous membranes. Aids fat metabolism to convert it into energy.) Calcium ascorbate (equivalent to 103mg of Vitamin C) ... 125mg (Supports collagen production and helps maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes.) Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1 nitrate) -...20mg (Assists in carbohydrate metabolism to convert into energy.) Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) ... 24mg (Supports healthy skin and mucous membranes.Helps metabolize proteins and convert them into energy.) Nicotinamide...40mg (Helps maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes.) If you are scheduled for urine or stool tests, inform your doctor that you are taking this medication.2) Taking this product may cause urine to appear yellow. This is due to the absorption of Vitamin B2 contained in this product, with some being excreted in the urine. This is not a cause for concern.
