Take the following dosage with water or hot water after breakfast and dinner. Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, twice daily. Children (under 15 years): Do not administer. If held in the mouth, the ingredients may dissolve and cause a bitter taste. Swallow promptly.
