This comprehensive cold medicine combines three ingredients (clemastine fumarate, belladonna total alkaloids, bromhexine hydrochloride) known for their excellent efficacy against the troublesome symptoms of colds. 1. Take the following dosage with water or hot water. Adults (15 years and older): Take 3 tablets per dose, 3 times daily. Take within 30 minutes after meals. Children 12 years and older but under 15 years: Take 2 tablets per dose, 3 times daily. Take within 30 minutes after meals.
