Transino EX is a prescription medication containing tranexamic acid, an ingredient effective for melasma, formulated for twice-daily administration of two tablets per dose.

Take the following dosage with water or hot water.-Age: Single Dose: Daily Doses-Adults (15 years and older): 3 tablets: 2 times daily (Take in the morning and evening) Children 7 years and older but under 15 years: 1 tablet: 2 times daily (Take in the morning and evening) Children under 7 years: Do not administer.-Important Notes on Dosage and Administration-(1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) May be taken before or after meals. (3) When administering to children aged 7 years or older, administer under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Taking this medication may affect the results of urine and stool tests. If you are scheduled for a medical examination, inform your doctor that you are taking a preparation containing Vitamin C.
