Transino EX is a prescription medication containing tranexamic acid, an ingredient effective for melasma, taken twice daily at two tablets per dose.

Take the following dosage with water or hot water. [Age: Single Dose: Daily Doses] Adults (15 years and older): 3 tablets: 2 times (Take morning and evening) Children 7 years and older but under 15 years: 1 tablet: 2 times (Take morning and evening) Children under 7 years: Do not administer. [Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration] (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) May be taken before or after meals. (3) When administering to children aged 7 years and older, administer under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
