Transino EX is a prescription medication containing tranexamic acid, an ingredient effective for melasma, formulated for twice-daily administration of two tablets per dose.

Take the following dosage twice daily, morning and evening, with water or hot water.-Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose-7 years and older but under 15 years: 1 tablet per dose-Under 7 years: Do not administer.-Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration-(1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. (2) May be taken before or after meals. (3) When administering to children aged 7 years and older, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
