Take the following dosage in the morning and evening, before meals or between meals, after shaking well. Adults (15 years and older): 1 bottle per dose, 2 times per day. Children under 15 years: Do not administer. -Between meals- means the period between meals, approximately 2-3 hours after the previous meal. (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) This product is for single-dose consumption. (3) This product inherently contains sediment.
