-Grease stains on fish grills: Generously sprinkle and scrub.
Method-(How to Make Lactic Acid Drink)-Ingredients-Milk: 300ml Sugar: 500g Citric acid: 2g Lactic acid: 7ml Essence (lemon, vanilla): A little-Method-(1) Place milk and sugar in a pot and warm while stirring well.(2) Once the sugar dissolves, increase the heat and warm to 70-C. Immediately remove from heat and let cool naturally. (3) When the temperature drops to 45-C, add citric acid and lactic acid. Mix well to dissolve, then add essence to complete. (4) Dilute approximately 6 times before consumption.(Shiso Juice Recipe) [Ingredients] Red shiso leaves: 400g Sugar: 1kg Citric acid: 25g Water: 2L [Instructions] (1) Place water in a pot. Once boiling, add thoroughly washed red shiso leaves. Bring to a boil again, then remove from heat and let cool.(2) Squeeze out the red shiso leaves thoroughly and remove them. Add sugar to the cooking liquid, return it to heat, and dissolve the sugar. (3) Once the liquid has cooled slightly, add the citric acid and mix well. It will turn red, and the shiso pigment will become vivid. (4) After cooling, strain through a cloth or similar, chill thoroughly, dilute, and enjoy. Adjust the acidity and sweetness to your preference.
