When to Test-- Testing can be performed approximately one week after your expected menstrual period. -Urine Sample-- Any urine sample collected at any time of day can be used for testing. -Testing Method-Testing is possible with morning, afternoon, or evening urine. - Open the foil pouch with the cap attached to the back immediately before testing. Remove the check stick and attach the cap to the rear end of the check stick.- Hold the urine absorber facing downward and apply urine to the entire absorber for 2 seconds, or collect urine in a dry, clean paper cup and immerse the entire absorber in the urine for 2 seconds. (Test as soon as possible after collection.) - Be careful not to wet any part other than the urine absorber with urine.-When testing with collected urine, only immerse the absorbent pad. -Do not apply urine for longer than 10 seconds or immerse it for longer than 10 seconds.- Place horizontally and wait 1 minute. Do not hold it while waiting! With the absorbent pad facing down, replace the cap and place it on a flat surface with the result window visible. Wait exactly 1 minute. -How to Read the Result--First, confirm that a red line appears in the control indicator area of the test stick. The result is determined by observing whether a red line appears in the result indicator area.-Avoid reading the result after 10 minutes have passed.Positive: If a red line appears in the test line window, a pregnancy reaction has been detected. You may be pregnant. Consult a physician as soon as possible. Even a faint vertical line in the test line window indicates a positive result. Negative: If no red line appears in the test line window, no pregnancy reaction was detected in this test. However, if your period does not start afterward, retest or consult a physician. *The actual shape of the line may differ from the example.
