Contains Vitamin B2, which supports skin health. These yellow chewable tablets feature a mild sweet and sour taste for easy consumption. They can be dissolved in the mouth or chewed before swallowing. Please transfer them to the dedicated container (dedicated -portable case-) for use.(The dedicated container is included with the 40-tablet pack, but not with the 60-tablet or 100-tablet packs.) How to Transfer to the Dedicated Container Slide off the lid of the dedicated container. Turn the container upside down and place it on top of the aluminum foil sheet of the tablet pack. Press down with your fingers to pierce the foil and insert the container.Then, flip it over, remove the top shell of the tablet pack, slide the container lid onto the top, and secure it tightly. To take a tablet, slide the container lid lightly in the direction of the arrow until it stops, and remove one tablet at a time. Function of Vitamin C: It is necessary for the production of collagen, which connects cells, strengthens blood vessel walls, and prevents bleeding from the gums and nosebleeds.For customers purchasing the 60-tablet or 100-tablet refill packs: Since the 60-tablet and 100-tablet packs are refills, please transfer them into the dedicated container included with the 40-tablet pack for use.

Dosage and Administration-Take the following dosage after meals by dissolving in the mouth or chewing. 15 years and older: 1 tablet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily Under 15 years: Do not administer -Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration- (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. (2) Always transfer to the dedicated container for use.
