Take the following dosage three times daily after meals.
Ingredients--Saccharifying bacteria: 150mg-Lactomin (lactic acid bacteria): 30mg-Butyric acid bacteria: 150mg Additives: Contains polyvinyl alcohol (fully saponified), povidone, potato starch, lactose hydrate, magnesium stearate.
