Product Details
Take one tablet twice daily, morning and night. This medication effectively relieves runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat caused by allergic rhinitis due to pollen or house dust. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride reduces nasal mucosal congestion to improve nasal stuffiness, while d-chlorpheniramine maleate suppresses histamine activity that causes allergic symptoms, alleviating runny nose.Tranexamic acid reduces mucosal inflammation and improves sore throat. It is an easy-to-swallow, light orange-colored caplet-type tablet, one tablet per dose.

Dosage and Administration-Take the following dose after breakfast and after dinner (or before bedtime) with water or hot water, without chewing. Ages 15 and older: 1 tablet per dose, twice daily. Under 15 years old: Do not administer. -Important Notes on Dosage and Administration-(1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) How to remove the caplet (tablet): Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the caplet to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take. (Swallowing it whole by mistake can lead to unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

Precautions: 1. Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories: (1) You have ever experienced allergic symptoms due to this medicine or any of its ingredients. (2) You have the following symptoms: Difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate. (3) You have been diagnosed with any of the following conditions:Hypertension, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes. 2. While taking this medication, do not use any of the following medicines: Other oral rhinitis medications, oral medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, cough suppressants/expectorants, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, hypnotic/sedative medications, etc.),oral medications containing pseudoephedrine hydrochloride or pseudoephedrine sulfate, oral medications containing tranexamic acid, gastrointestinal analgesic/antispasmodic medications. 3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (as symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur). 4. Do not use continuously for extended periods.
